Returns And ExchangesReturns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- Product Defect – A claim must be submitted upon delivery. All claims will be reviewed, and the product must be verified as defective by a representative of the Company. Once approved, confirmation will be sent by email.
- Lost Shipment – Shipment tracking must be verified by the courier service confirming the parcel is lost.
- Wrong Product – If the product received does not match the original order and the correct item is unavailable in stock.
All exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested item. Each product may only be exchanged once.
Exchanges are limited to the same product in a different size. We do not allow exchanges for a different color or a different item. Customized (made-to-measure) and pre-ordered items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
If any of the above applies, you may request a return or exchange within seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt by contacting our Customer Service team at orders@rizmanruzaini.com
Our team will provide you with the Exchange & Returns Form and guide you through the process.
Tax & Duties
All shipments are sent on a CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) and DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Rizman Ruzaini will cover the cost of shipping and insurance. Any import duties, customs clearance charges, or local taxes at the destination country remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed. Delivery timelines differ depending on the item purchased and will be indicated in the individual product description.
By confirming your purchase and making payment, you acknowledge and agree to these shipping terms. Kindly note that orders cannot be refused upon arrival due to unpaid duties, taxes, or destination-related charges.
